Trusted Technologies offers three business plans and a personal plan to support your needs:
The Business Plans are full suites of services for a range of solutions; including site visits, help desk and remote service, vital security features, preventive care, and more. A Business Plan is required for companies with 5 or more workstations. The Managed IT Services feature provides premium stability, efficiency and security for our clients.
The Personal Plan is simple: it provides scheduled field appointments with one of our skilled technicians. This plan is designed for home and home office users who want occasional on-demand service. It is also available to small businesses (under 10 users), but because field appointments are usually booked a few days in advance, it is not ideal for businesses that have time-sensitive needs and therefore rely on quicker service. Businesses with 10 or more users are only eligible for one of the Business Plans.

IT Service Pricing
Help Desk support is included with Preferred and Elite Care plans and provides unlimited calls to our US based support center via phone, online chat or ticketing. Support plans are available for normal business hours (8:00am – 6:00pm) as well as 24×7 coverage. Site visits are included with Business Elite Support and are charged hourly for all other plans with a one hour minimum, billed in 15 minute increments thereafter.
Our standard hourly rate for IT support is $150 per hour.
Evenings, weekends and holidays are billed at $175 per hour.
We are happy to provide a discount to our non-profit customers. The standard non-profit rate is $125 per hour with evenings, weekends and holidays billed at $150 per hour. Discounted Business Plans are also available to non-profit customers that may include site visits. Contact us for a free consultation to match your needs.
Coverage Area and Travel Fees
Trusted Technologies is located in Fairfield County, Connecticut. We proudly serve this and surrounding areas, but we are not limited by geography: remote technology allows us to serve customers anywhere.
We do NOT charge travel fees for services within an hour radius of our base location in Newtown, Connecticut, though we do have a one-hour minimum for field appointments. For clients outside this area, we are happy to make a site visit for a modest travel fee.
